No bank can be the best bank for ALL customers. A bank must choose. It must examine its opportunities and take the position in a market. Positioning is an attempt to DISTINGUISH the bank from its competitors along some dimensions (e.g quality, prestige, transparence, purity) in order to be the PREFERRED bank to certain segments of the market. Positioning aims to help customers know the REAL DIFFERENCE between competing banks so that they can be of VALUE to them.
I am currently working at Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad at KL Sentral branch (actually located at Plaza Sentral). I started out at as Officer at Bank Islam Head Office, having graduated from UUM in Business Administration.
